My name is James and I live with my beautiful fiancé and our amazing dog Pedro in a relatively quiet town sandwiched in between Manchester and Liverpool, UK. Writing is not my profession but I am passionate about improving and the only way I’ll do that is with practise… hence why you’re (hopefully) reading these words about my passion project, VHiStory! 

Simply put, I love Horror. In a world that is becoming evermore crazier, Horror is my safe place and I want to share that love with as many people as I can.

I have never been a prolific writer but recently I’ve found myself drawn to it more as a way of expression and to try and help me make sense of life, the universe and everything else.

Horror is my hobby, passion and obsession. Growing up it was Scooby-Doo, Casper and The Little Vampire and now as a “grown-up” it’s all about Slashers, Body Horror and Ghost Stories. In this blog, I want to cover the bizarre, the under-rated, the classics, the throwbacks and more.
